Which Daikin wall-mounted series are available?

Aircobrabant supplies five Daikin wall-mounted series, each with its own price and performance profile.

The Sensira is the entry-level model: reliable and energy-efficient if you want a good air conditioner at a sharp price. The Comfora offers a step up in comfort with WiFi as standard and improved airflow, and is the most popular choice for living rooms and bedrooms. The Perfera is the top model in the wall-mounted line: whisper quiet from 19 dB, energy label A+++ and Flash Streamer air purification. The Stylish offers the same performance as the Perfera but with a distinctive design in white, silver or black. The Emura is the most premium design model, with an award-winning curved casing in white or silver.

Which capacity do you need?

As a rule of thumb, allow 0.03 to 0.04 kW per cubic metre of space. Daikin wall-mounted units are available at Aircobrabant in 2 kW (up to approx. 15 m²), 2.5 kW (up to approx. 20 m²), 3.5 kW (up to approx. 35 m²) and 5 kW (up to approx. 50 m²). Factors such as which way the room faces, roof insulation and roof windows can change this. Our advisers calculate the exact capacity free of charge during the survey.

Wall-mounted or floor-standing unit?

A wall-mounted unit is the most versatile choice for most rooms. The indoor unit hangs high on the wall and spreads the air horizontally through the room. A floor-standing unit is the better choice if there is not enough free wall space, with large windows that run down to the floor, or in period properties where drilling through walls is undesirable.
