Ducted air conditioners we recommend
A ducted unit is completely concealed above the ceiling. Through air ducts and grilles it distributes the air over one or more rooms. You see nothing of the air conditioner itself. That makes a ducted unit ideal for prestigious spaces, hotels and offices where design matters. Below you will find the ducted unit we recommend, with the price including standard fitting.
All prices include VAT and standard installation. See all ducted units ›
When do you choose a ducted unit?
A ducted unit is the best choice when the air conditioner must be invisible, or when you want to cool several small rooms from a single unit, such as hotel rooms or consulting rooms. There must be enough space above the ceiling for the unit and the ducts.
Other capacities are available on request. During the survey, our advisers assess which version suits your premises. Do you have a suspended ceiling but no room for ducts? Then take a look at our cassette units.
Frequently asked questions about a ducted air conditioner
What does a ducted air conditioner cost including fitting?
A ducted air conditioner costs from € 3.790 with us, including standard fitting. Because the installation of ducts differs from building to building, we always prepare a tailor-made quote after a free survey.
How much space do I need above the ceiling?
That depends on the model and the ducts. As a rule, 30 to 40 centimetres of space above the ceiling is sufficient. Our advisers measure this during the survey.
Can I cool several rooms with one ducted unit?
Yes. Through air ducts, a single ducted unit can supply several adjoining rooms with cool or warm air. The rooms then do share the same temperature setting.
Is a ducted unit quiet?
Yes. Because the unit hangs above the ceiling, in the room you mainly hear a soft airflow from the grilles. That makes a ducted unit suitable for hotels and meeting rooms.
Can a ducted unit also heat?
Yes. The ducted unit we recommend also works as a heat pump and can keep your rooms at temperature all year round.
Do you also offer maintenance?
Yes. For business customers we offer tailor-made maintenance contracts, so your installation keeps running reliably and efficiently.
